Planned maintenance that protects ice quality and output
Limescale, biofilm and poor airflow all reduce ice quality and capacity. Our Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tackles issues early — descaling evaporators, sanitising water circuits and bins, replacing filters, checking inlet water temperature and pressure, cleaning condensers (air-cooled) or verifying water circuits (water-cooled), and confirming harvest cycles and sensors operate as designed.
We tailor visit frequency to usage and water hardness, helping prevent odours, cloudy cubes and blockages. The result is cleaner ice, predictable production rates and fewer call-outs during busy shifts.
